CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan — Twenty alleged drug suspects including a 15-year-old boy were arrested by Bulacan police in its latest anti-illegal drug operations in the past 24 hours on Monday and Tuesday early morning.
P/Col. Chito G. Bersaluna said the 20 drug suspects were arrested in series of buy-bust operations conducted by the Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) of Bocaue, Baliwag, Malolos, City of San Jose del Monte (CSJDM), Guiguinto, Santa Maria and Norzagaray police.
Bersaluna identified the suspects as 1) Catherine Fausto y Estanislao, 39 years old; and 2) Albert Garcia y Teodoro, 37; 3) Romeo Hugo y Delgado, 27; 4) Nikka Joi Teodoro, 21, included in the PNP/PDEA drug watch list; 5) Anna Lee Perez y Dela Cruz, 22; 6) Reynante Cabrera y Parian alias Bay, 40, included in the PNP/PDEA drug watch list; 7) Jaycee Tadeo y Bautista alias Tete, 35, included in the PNP/PDEA drug watch list; 8) Annalyn Hirota y Calalang, 39; 9) Darwin Sevilla y Wademis, 29; 10) Wilren Sabado y Tobias, 31; 11) Floid Macabenta y Garcia, 37; 12) Dewin Abila y Mendoza, 33; 13) Raniel Dioquino y Marquez alias Raniel, 27; 14) James Bates y Vergara alias Tek-Tek, 30, is now on temporary liberty after posting a bail for the crime of Theft; 15) Vergel Deguerio y Camiling alias Ace, 31, previously arrested and detained at Manila City Jail for Violation of Sec. 11 of R.A. 9165, last September 2018 and released after undergoing Plea Bargaining; 16) Robertito Conwi y Avila, 24; 17) Raymart Ramirez y Guerrero, 27; 18) Jerome Bernabe y Pascual, 29; and 19) Wilmer Baruelo y Avila, 32, included in the Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC), and formerly surrendered in the “Oplan Tokhang” of Norzagaray MPS; and 20) a 15-year-old boy.
Confiscated were thirty-seven plastic sachets of shabu, five plastic sachets of dried fruiting tops of marijuana; buy-bust money; assorted drug paraphernalia; one android cellphone, one unit red tricycle (Haojue) with galvanized sidecar and body number 034 and one red Mirage G4.
“The arrested suspects and seized pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Crime Laboratory for appropriate examination, while criminal complaints for Violation of Sections 5 and 11 of Article II of RA 9165 (Dangerous Drugs Acts of 2002) is being prepared for filing in court,” Bersaluna said.
