3 drug dealers killed, 33 others arrested in Bulacan drug war

CITY OF MALOLOS, Bulacan — Three alleged drug dealers were neutralized and thirty-three other drug suspects were arrested in series of buy-bust operations as part of Bulacan police relentless campaign against illegal drugs on Tuesday (Feb. 4) and Wednesday (Feb. 5) early morning.

Based on the reports submitted to P/Col. Emma M. Libunao, Bulacan Provincial Director, said the three fatalities were killed during the anti-drug sting in towns of San Ildefonso, San Rafael, and Sta Maria.

Libunao identified them as Arnoli Omoso, a resident of Brgy. Pinaod, San Ildefonso; Jerry Janoras, included in the drug watch list of San Rafael MPS and Win Love Fogata, alias Entong, resident of Garden Village, Brgy. Pulong Buhangin, Sta. Maria.

Based on the investigation, the said suspects drew and fired their guns when they became suspicious that they were dealing with an undercover agent during the drug deal.

Recovered were twenty-six heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets of “shabu”; two caliber.38 revolver; one Smith and Wesson calibre 38 revolver without serial number; three (3) live ammunition, one empty shell of cal.38; five empty shells of caliber 9mm; three fired cartridge cases for cal. 9 mm; one black Honda TMX with side car without plate number; and Yamaha Nouvo Z motorcycle plate number 2652 OQ.

Likewise, thirty-four other drug suspects were arrested in series of anti-illegal drugs operations conducted by Plaridel, City of Malolos, Bocaue, Marilao, San Ildefonso, Balagtas, City of San Jose del Monte, Sta Maria, Angat, Baliwag, Paombong and City of Meycauayan.

They were identified as Danica Victoria Nava, Rodel Lorenzo, Marjorie Santos, Jerry Dulay Padrigano, Agnes Atos PadriganoHeronimo Barroga Tierto, Jonathan Benedicto Caballegad, Mauro Climaco Marcelo, Joey Vizconde, Elgene Solis, Larry David Asuncion, Mark Lorenzo Asuncion, Rene Pita , Jonathan Gutierrez, Maricel Espinosa, Robbie Concepcion y Tisoro, Gorgonio Sayo and Grace Marcelo.

Also arrested in buy-bust operations were Razel Macapagal, Connie Paña, Jonel Mauricio, Warren Cabigao, Nelson Salamat, Danmark Mutuc, (included in PNP-PDEA unified drug watch list); Mary Jane Saltar, Palma Catlyn, Angelo Sto Domingo (Top 4 of Paombong MPS Phase III Sibat Target), Albert Nieto; Vilma Rodriguez, Marie Llanillo, Jesus Dineros, and a 16 years old boy.

Seized were one hundred fifty-nine and three cuts opened pieces of heat-sealed plastic sachets of “shabu”; two small plastic ice bag of dried “marijuana” leaves with an estimated weight of 250 grams; buy-bust money and assorted drug paraphernalia.

The arrested suspects and seized pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Crime Laboratory, while appropriate criminal charges are being prepared for filing in court. (RONDA BALITA Online)
