CAMP GEN. ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan — Three rape suspects in different incidents in Guiguinto and City of San Jose Del Monte were arrested by responding police on Saturday (Jan 12).
Based on the report, police identified the arrested suspects as Roque Maxie y Dela Cruz alias Ogie, 44 years old, a resident of Brgy. San Roque. Hagonoy Bulacan; Ronald Salmorin y Alejandro, 53, resident of Brgy. Muzon CSJDM and Jomar Fontalda y Saño, 22, a resident of Brgy. Bagong Buhay 1, CSJDM.
According to Guiguinto police, the incident happened on January 11, 2019, in Brgy. Pritil in the said town. The victim a 77-year old was sleeping in her bed when she felt that someone lifted the mosquito net then she saw and recognized the face of the suspect alias Ogie.
Subsequently, the suspect raped her, sadly the victim was not able to resist and asked for help because of her weakness caused by stroke. The suspect threatens to kill her if she will reveal the incident to anybody. But the victim seeks assistance from her daughter and they reported the incident to the police station who immediately responded and arrested the suspect.
Meanwhile, San Jose Del Monte CPS reports that on January 11, 2019, about 5 pm in Brgy. Muzon in the said city, the 24-year-old disabled victim was sleeping inside their room when Ronald Salmorin forcibly opened the door and then raped her. The incident was reported to San Jose Del Monte Police.
Immediately, SJDM personnel responded and arrested the suspect.
Also in the said city in Brgy. Bagong Buhay 1 on January 7, 2019, about 2 a.m., the 14-year-old grade 8 victim was sleeping when suspect Jomar Fontalda woke her up and threatened to hurt her.
The suspect then dragged her to his bed and raped her against her will. On January 13, 2019, at around 1 a.m., the suspect woke her up again and when the suspect was on top of the victim, the sister of the victim saw them and prevented the attempt to rape her again. The incident was reported to SJDM CPS and they immediately responded and arrested the suspect.
Appropriate criminal complaints against the suspects are now being prepared for filing before the court. (RONDA Balita Online News)
