CITY OF MALOLOS, Bulacan – The Provincial Government of Bulacan through Provincial Administrator’s Office has already released financial assistance for the education of 3,314 qualified Bulakenyo students.

Governor Daniel R. Fernando said on Monday (July 6) the scholarship program dubbed as “Tulong Pang-Edukasyon para sa Kabataang Bulakenyo” distributed P3,500 for three thousand and ninety-two students enrolled in private universities and colleges while P5,000 was given to 222 masteral students.

According to Gov. Fernando, the Provincial Administrator’s Office has finished distributing financial assistance to beneficiaries enrolled in private universities and colleges as well as students who are taking their masteral degree.

“Sinisikap po natin na maipagkaloob ang tulong pinansiyal sa ating mga qualified at deserving na estudyante sa kabila ng kinakaharap natin na pandemya dahil batid po ng inyong lingkod na malaking tulong ito para matupad ang kanilang mga pangarap. Tulad ni Jose Rizal, naniniwala po ako na ang mga kabataan ang pag-asa ng bayan,” Fernando added.

However, Catherine Inocencio, executive assistant III, said that they are still distributing financial assistance to qualified students in senior high school and those enrolled in state universities and colleges including Bulacan Polytechnic College and Bulacan State University.

Inocencio added that since June 16 this year, they have been distributing checks to 300 beneficiaries a day in different venues. (RONDA BALITA Online)
