CITY OF MALOLOS, Bulacan — Amid the strict implementation of Enhance Community Quarantine in this province, thirty-six disobedient citizens were arrested on Friday (March 20).
Col. Lawrence Cajipe, acting Bulacan Provincial Director, said Bulacan police arrested the 36 individuals because of disobedience, resisting arrest and also uttered defamatory words at authorities.
Cajipe identified those arrested in City of San Jose del Monte as Amado Tuyogon, 58 years old; Agustin Gaston, 56; Lourdes Chavez, 31; Ma Rhodalyn De Jesus, 43; Ma Louise Huraño, 25; Rufina Gaston, 54; Sharmaine De Guzman, 26; Shaira Camposa, 23; all are residents of Barangay Minuyan Proper, CSJDM; Mary Angeline Tap, 26; Leoan Pelarez, 24; Baldomero Velasco, 60; Nelida Rejuso, 59; all are residents of Barangay Sto. Cristo; Angelito Nacario, 28; Emmanuel Tenerife, 27; Carlo Octaviano, 24; Arjay Tenerife, 23; Mark Lython Nacario, 19; Edwardo Francisco, 33; 15 years old (CICL) all are residents of Barangay San Martin and Rodel Bonife, 30, a resident of Block 21, Lot 64, Area H, Phase 3, San Rafael 5.
San Jose Del Monte police turned over the custody of the said violators to their respective barangay officials for proper disposition.
Meanwhile, Julius Sy, 31; Edgardo Garcia, 57; David Sitiar, 71; Marian Rivera, 23; Noel Vidal, 42; Mary Jane Pautan, 23; Maridel Gamboa, 36 and Teodoro Pulgar, 65, all were arrested by Santa Maria police through the complaint of Allan Mendoza, and Isagani Abelarde, both are Barangay Tanod of Poblacion, Sta. Maria, Bulacan.
Criminal complaint for Resistance and Disobedience to a Person in Authority is being prepared against the arrested suspects
On the other hand, Cedric Almario, 27; Modesto Bueno, 31; and Herbert Bulaon, 33, all were arrested by San Miguel police. Arrested suspects were brought to San Miguel District Hospital for Medical examination. A criminal complaint of Violation of ART 151(Resistance and Disobedience to person in Authority and ART 148 (Direct Assault against agent of Person in Authority) under Revised Penal Code, Violation of RA 11332 (Quarantine Law), and Violation of RA 10586 (Anti-Drunk Driving Act) and Violation of RA 4136 and RA 10054 is being prepared against the suspects.
Moreover, Edgardo Padrigo, 47 and Marieson Murillo, 40 years old were arrested by Bocaue police through the complaint of Barangay EX-O Rodolfo Y Guttierez, legal age and a resident of 456 Brgy. Bunlo, Bocaue, Bulacan.
Arrested suspects Randy Lavilla, 32, and 36) Roman Contillo, 35; were arrested by Norzagaray police through the complaint of Glen Mark Reyes, Deputy Chief Tanod of Barangay Minuyan, Norzagaray, and Allan Alcantara, 22; was arrested by Baliwag police through the complaint of Romualdo Algo and Erwin Nicdao Barangay Tanod of Brgy. Poblacion, Baliwag.
Appropriate charges against the arrested suspects are being prepared for filing in court.
All the Bulakenyos are advised to follow and strictly carry out the foregoing guidelines on “Enhanced Community Quarantine”.
“Appropriate action will be taken to those who will not abide. Everybody’s cooperation with our authorities will be of great contribution to contain the COVID 19,” Cajipe said. (RONDA BALITA Online)
