CITY OF MALOLOS, Bulacan — Despite the continuing enhance community quarantine in this province, fifty-four illegal gamblers were arrested in an intensified anti-illegal gambling operations conducted by Bulacan police on Sunday (March 29).
According to P/Col. Lawrence Cajipe, acting Bulacan Provincial Director said those arrested were playing illegal card games, mahjong, and illegal cockfighting or tupada in the towns of Santa Maria, Norzagaray, Pandi and City of San Jose Del Monte.
Cajipe identified the arrested suspects as Vicente Parco, Bryan Camacho, Reynaldo La Preza, Eduardo Deloy, Jayvee Venturina, Emar Casa, Richard Matias, Pablito Roque; Ramil Santis, Brayan Mendrano, Cristopher Sabareza, Joselito Balela, Regieben Schoried, Emelito Primacio, Benjhon Doblom y Villarada, Jeffrey Carpio, Jayron Navia, Rodel Tagala, Jayar Toledo, Robinson Elbambuena, Carlo Feliciano Jr., Eliaseb Laraga, Ronilo Adriano, Melbert Labada, and William Lugos.
Also arrested were Renato De Regla, Arnel Maquiling, Rouigi Aniceto, Francisco Morales, Ryan Dapulag, Carlito Rosal, Romulo Cababat, John Cedeno, Christian Rosal, Christopher Rosal, Robin Tagadian, Edson Erigbuagas, Eduardo Dag-uman Jr., Noel Milaur, Ryan Dapulag, Carlito Rosal, Romulo Cababat, John Cedeno, Christian Rosal, Christopher Rosal, Robin Tagadian, Reynaldo Nocum, Alvin Caldoza, Jonh Mark Sedenio, Ednel Lachica, Dender John Diole, Ogie Ongonion, and Edison Manango.
“Assorted illegal gambling paraphernalia and bet money were confiscated from the suspects during the operations,” Cajipe said.
Criminal complaints for Violation of PD 1602 and RA 11332 against the arrested suspects are now being prepared for filing in court.
Cajipe added the Bulacan police remains relentless and vigorous in implementing its intensified campaign against illegal gambling. (RONDA Balita Online)
