CITY OF MALOLOS, Bulacan, July 3 — Six suspected drug peddlers including a female were arrested in a separate anti-illegal drug operations in Baliwag and Pulilan towns and seized P4,159,900 and P250,000 worth of shabu on Wednesday early morning.
P/Col. Chito Bersaluna, Bulacan police director identified the arrested suspects as Jhon Peter Cruz, 20 yeras old, Melchor Fernando, 41, both residents of Little Baguio, Brgy. Poblacion, and Raffy Ann Denully, 19, from Brgy. Bagong Nayon, both in Baliwag town.
Based on the report, about 4 am on Wednesday, a buy bust operation was conducted by an anti illegal drugs operatives of Baliwag in Brgy. Poblacion which resulted to the arrest of the suspects.
Seized from the suspects according to Bersaluna were 1 red belt bag with 10 small sachets of suspected shabu, 2 large transparent plastic of suspected shabu weighs approximately 611.75 grams with estimated DDB value of P4,159,900 and marked money.
“The suspect John Peter Cruz and his cohorts are the source of illegal drugs at said place and adjacent municipalities,” Bersaluna said.
Likewise, Bersaluna identified the three suspected drug pushers collared in another buy bust operation conducted by Pulilan police in Francisco St., Brgy. Poblacion about 5 am Wednesday as Jhamiter Trinidad, 29, Matthew Mangalile, both residents of Brgy Poblacion, Baliwag, and Ariane Claire Jose, 22, presently residing at Brgy Poblacion, Pulilan.
Initial investgation disclosed that after the consummated drug operation wherein the poseur buyer was able to buy from the suspects one plastic sachet containing suspected shabu in exchanged for P500 (buy-bust money). During body search, another forty four (44) plastic sachets containing similar substance with estimated value of P250, 000 were seized from the possession of the suspects as well as the buy-bust money.
The suspects and pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Crime Laboratory Office in City of Malolos for examination.
“Appropriate criminal case is being readied for filing before the Office of Provincial Prosecutors’ Office in Malolos City,” Bersaluna added. (RONDA Balita Online News)
