CAMP ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan — Six were neutralized, while 255 suspects were held as Bulacan Police ends its weeklong Simultaneous Anti-Criminality Law Enforcement Operation from February 15 to February 21, 2021.
Col. Lawrence B. Cajipe, Bulacan provincial director told Philippine News Agency on Monday that the 166 combined operations from the 21 municipal and 3 city police stations including the Bulacan 1st and 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC) resulted in the arrest of 255 and neutralization of 6 suspects.
As a result of 81 Manhunt Charlie or the operation against wanted persons, a total of eighty wanted persons were arrested, wherein one of them is the Most Wanted Persons (MWP) of City of San Jose Del Monte for the crime of Robbery while one was killed.
Meanwhile, forty-six anti-illegal drug operations resulted in the arrest of 74 drug suspects, while three drug personalities were neutralized.
Seized were a total of 216 sachets of shabu with an estimated weight of 31.2 grams and Dangerous Drug Board (DDB) value of P212,160 and 17 sachets of dried marijuana leaves with an estimated weight of 15.15 grams and DDB value of P1,818, two caliber .38 and one caliber .22 firearms.
On the other hand, five firearms were surrendered for safekeeping in the conduct “Oplan Katok” or operation against loose firearms while the implementation of 19 search warrants resulted in the arrest of 13 individuals, neutralization of two suspects, and seizure of 17 firearms and one explosive.
Likewise, 53 were held out of the 13 anti-illegal gambling operations conducted. Confiscated were assorted gambling paraphernalia and a total of P29,783 cash bet money.
Further, 21 suspects were arrested for illegal fishing and illegal logging, eleven more suspects were arrested for Violation of PD 1865 (Illegal Trade of Petroleum products and two were arrested in two police responses.
This notable accomplishment of Bulacan police in the Simultaneous Anti-Criminality and Law Enforcement Operations is the manifestation of its unyielding effort and stringent campaign against wanted persons, illegal drugs, loose firearms, illegal gambling, and all other lawless activities.
