CAMP ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan — Ten suspected drug pushers, including a teenage girl, were arrested as a result of the relentless anti-illegal drugs campaign in this province on Wednesday (June 12).
Col. Chito Bersaluna, director of the Bulacan Police Provincial Office, said the police operations resulted in the apprehension of the drug suspects in the cities of Malolos and San Jose Del Monte, and in the towns of Obando, San Miguel, and Bocaue.
“Three of the arrested suspects were included on the drug watch list in their respective areas,” he said. They were Teresita Alcaraz, who is on the drug watch list of Obando Municipal Police Station; Alona Del Rosario, included on the drug watch list of Bocaue Municipal Police Station; and Bernedick N. Bernardino, on the Malolos City Police Station’s watch list.
Other arrested suspects were Jessie Boy Padilla, Noel Dizon, Jay Dizon, Albert Francis Enoc, Melchor Nieva, Jeffrey Germogenes and a 14-year-old out-of-school youth girl.
Confiscated were 26 plastic sachets of suspected shabu, buy-bust money, a cell phone, and a motorcycle with plate number CD 43782.
Bersaluna said the arrested suspects and seized pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Crime Laboratory Office for appropriate examination.
He said criminal charges against the arrested suspects are being prepared for filing in court. (RONDA Balita Online News)
