Bulacan, 9th Most Competitive Province


GOVERNOR Daniel R. Fernando presents the plaque of recognition from the Department of Trade and Industry after the Province of Bulacan has won 9th place as the Most Competitive Province during the 2019 Cities and Municipalities Competitiveness Index Central Luzon Regional Awarding Ceremonies held last December 19, 2019, at Holy Angel University, Angeles City, Pampanga.
