CAMP ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan — On the first day of implementation of General Community Quarantine (GCQ) on Monday (June 1), Bulacan police arrested seven drug peddlers and six wanted persons were collared.
Col. Lawrence Cajipe, Bulacan police director, identified the arrested drug peddlers as Ferdinand Viudez; Froilan Sarmiento alias Poge, both are included in PNP PDEA watch list; Richard De Leon included in the Station’s Drug watch; Jose Felor Capala; Harold Delos Santos; Lawrence Vivero; and Liza Castro Y Fabilani.
The different drug sting conducted by the Stations Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) operatives of San Rafael, San Miguel, and City of San Jode del Monte (CSJDM) PNP yielded 25 heat-sealed sachets of “shabu” and buy-bust money.
The arrested suspects and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Crime Laboratory for examination. Appropriate criminal charges against them are now prepared for filing in court.
On the other hand, six persons wanted by law were arrested in different Manhunt Operations conducted by the tracker teams of San Rafael, Baliwag, Doña Remedios Trinidad (DRT) police, Bulacan 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC) and Bulacan Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG).
They arrested wanter persons were identified as Valdizno, Rogelio y Valondo, was arrested in Brgy. Maguinao, San Rafael for the crime of Homicide; Rolly Gatuslao y Magno, arrested in Brgy. Bagong Nayon, Baliuag, the crime of PD 1612 (Anti-Fencing Law); Alvin Gacias y Hernandez and Crispin Gacias y Hernandez, both were arrested in Sitio Kamalig, Brgy. Kalawakan, DRT, for the crime of Frustrated Murder; Ronaldo Garcia y Que, arrested in Barangay Duhat, Bocaue, for RIR in Homicide, Physical Injuries and Damage to Property and Renoel Madelar y Ebia, included in the Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC) Watch list and PNP/PDEA3 Unified watch list, was arrested in Brgy. San Vicente, Paombong, for Violation of Sec 5 and 12 of Art. II RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, Sale, Trading, Administration, Dispensation, Delivery, Distribution and Transportation of Illegal/Dangerous Drugs)
The accused are now under the Custody of the respective arresting units for proper disposition.
