Bulacan police nabs 5 for gun ban


CITY OF MALOLOS — BULACAN police nabs five people for the Philippine National Police 15-day gun ban in the City of San Jose del Monte and this city over the weekend.

Senior Supt. Romeo Caramat Jr., police director of Bulacan, identified those arrested in the city of San Jose del Monte as Macric Sister, 24 years old and Tom Marvin Cruz, 19 years old, who are both residents of CC12, Barangay Citruz, City of San Jose del Monte.

The two were arrested after firing their improvised gun in Block CC12 Area G, Barangay Citruz in the said city on Saturday night.

Confiscated from them were an improvised shotgun and a pen gun with one fired cartridge for 12 gauge shotgun and one fired cartridge for caliber .38 gun.

Meanwhile, Malolos police operatives arrested on Sunday night Jayson Barrios y Salazar, 34 years old; Arnel Ursal-am y Munez, 40 years old, married; and John Peter Gordeville y Bayog, 27 years old, single; all are stay-in Security Guard of HC Security Agency Hulo St., Bignay, Valenzuela City for shooting Charles Nebrida y Mica, 25 years old; James Ayad y Nebrida, 27 years old and Arnel Lukban y Sumil, 35 years old, who are all employees of SVP Build Cons. at the First Bulacan Industrial Corporation in Barangay Santor in Malolos.

Caramat said police investigation showed that a heated argument between the victims and the suspects took place while having a drinking session that resulted in a fist fight.

After the fight, the victims went back to their workplace where they stay, however, the suspects followed and shoot them with their gun.

Police immediately responded to the incident and arrested the suspects and confiscated from them an ARMSCOR caliber 9mm with serial no. 1451849; and a 12 gauge Chamber Shotgun with serial no. RIA1709544.
