Bulacan registers 12 COVID-19 deaths


CITY OF MALOLOS, Bulacan – The total number of COVID-19 deaths in Bulacan has risen to 12, the provincial health office (PHO) of Bulacan reported late Monday afternoon.

Five of these were reported on Monday that include a 32-year-old female from the City of San Jose del Monte, a 55-year-old male from san Miguel town, a 76-year-old male from Santa Maria town, a 60-year-old male from the City of Malolos and a 59-year old male from the City of Malolos.

The PHO also reported, in their daily monitoring, that 10 new cases of COVID-19 were reported in Bulacan bringing the total positive cases to 28.

This is a 55-year-old man from San Miguel, a 46-year-old man in Pulilan, a 76-year-old man and a 53-year-old woman from Sta. Maria, a 65-year-old woman and a 32-year-old man from San Jose Del Monte, a 52-year-old man in Calumpit, a 55-year-old man and a 60-year-old man in Malolos and a 22-year-old woman from the town of Marilao.

In total, 12 were reported dead because of Covid-19 and 28 were active in the province compared to just 18 cases.

It added that as of the said date, Bulacan has a total of 271 active persons under investigation (PUIs) with 110 cleared PUIs and 1,808 persons under monitoring (PUM) with 1,720 cleared PUM. (RONDA BALITA Online)
