Drug peddler in Pandi killed, 12 other suspects arrested by Bulacan cops

CAMP ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan — A drug suspect was killed while 12  alleged drug peddlers were arrested in different buy-bust operations of Bulacan police on Tuesday (Feb. 16)

Col. Lawrence Cajipe, Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP, identified the neutralized suspect as Ralph Ramil Antrajenda alias RR resident of Brgy. Cacarong Matanda Pandi, Bulacan.

Based on the report, a buy-bust operation against the said suspect on Tuesday at about 9:20 p.m. was conducted by the operatives of the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of Pandi police at Sitio Parang, Brgy. Cacarong Matanda in the said town.

After the consummated drug transaction, the suspect noticed that he was dealing with a police officer so he immediately pulled his firearm and fired towards the police officer. A brief gunfight ensued causing the death of the suspect.

Bulacan SOCO team processed the crime scene and recovered; one caliber .38 and twelve (12) small plastic sachets of shabu and drug money.

Meanwhile, twelve (drug peddlers were arrested in different buy-bust operations conducted by the Station Drug Enforcement Unit of Calumpit, San Jose Del Monte, Norzagaray, and Obando Police Stations. 
They were identified as follows: 1) Eduardo Dimla of Brgy. Pungo Calumpit; 2) Danilo Dela Cruz of Purok 4, Brgy. Pungo, Calumpit, Bulacan; 3) Joseph Del Moran of Brgy.Pungo, Calumpit, Bulacan; 4) Lope Morabor, 5) Jhun Rey Garcia both of resident of Pabahay 2000, City of San Jose Del Monte (CSJDM); 6) Rowel De Leon of Brgy. Minuyan Proper, CSJDM; 7) Mark Ivan Amaro of South Caloocan City; 8) Aprilyn Navarro of Avenue, West Caloocan City; 9) Ronald Allan Pajares of Brgy. Bancal Meycauayan; 10) Erwin Larana of Brgy. Bancal, Meycauayan City; 11) Rose Ann Caniete of Bancal, Meycauayan City; 12) Enrico Debonbon of Barangay Lawa, Obando, Bulacan.

A total of twenty-nine (29) plastic sachets of shabu and buy-bust money were confiscated from the suspects.

Appropriate criminal complaints against all the arrested suspects are now being prepared for filing in court. (RONDA BALITA Online)
