Go to drug users: Check in at Bukidnon rehab center

SPECIAL Assistant to the President (SAP) Christopher Lawrence “Bong” Go appealed to drug users to avail themselves of free rehabilitation at the new Northern Mindanao Wellness and Reintegration Center (NMWRC).

In a recent media interview, Go said the government is doing all it can to enable drug users to live drug-free.

The only requirement, he said, is for them to join the rehabilitation programs in centers like the NMWRB in Malaybalay, Bukidnon, which was built by the government at a cost of P500 million.

The NMWRB was inaugurated last August 3 by President Rodrigo Duterte.

“Nanawagan ako sa mga adik na magparehab nalang kayo. Andiyan na oh (NMWRC). Libreng (rehab) na oh. Libre tulugan, Libreng rehabilitation center na po,” Go said.

“Andirito na po yung gobyerno. May ginagawa para sa inyo, para mag bagong buhay na po kayo. Sana po i-avail niyo na po yung libreng rehab. Wag niyo po i-avail yung may bayad na sementeryo,” he added.
