‘Long Hair’ wanted for 2 counts of murder in Bulacan, nabbed in Olongapo


CITY OF MALOLOS, Bulacan — A 42-year-old man wanted for two counts of murder was arrested by San Jose del Monte police and Bulacan Provincial Intelligence Branch (PIB) operatives in Brgy. West Tapinac, Olongapo City on Sunday afternoon (May 17).

Police identified the wanted person as Allan Averilla Contreras, also known as Long Hair, and Michael Solona Czar, Bulacan’s Provincial Most Wanted Person and hiding from the law for four years

According to Bulacan Police Director Lawrence B. Cajipe, the suspect has been in hiding since Judge Gregorio S. Sampaga of the Malolos City Regional Trial Court (RTC) issued an arrest warrant against him for two counts of murder last September 19, 2016.

Alias Long Hair was responsible for the murder of Dave Abello and Jessie Tolero. Wherein, the suspect shot the victims along Quirino Highway, Brgy. Minuyan Proper, CSJDM on August 5, 2016, at about 12:30 p.m. after they attended the third hearing on the criminal case (Physical injury and Threat) filed against the suspect Thereafter, the suspect fled and went into hiding.

The suspect is now under the custody of the CSJDM police for proper disposition.

The string of operations by Bulacan police is in adherence to the marching order of Gen. Archie Gamboa, Chief, PNP that was effectively made clear by the Regional Director of PRO 3, Brig. Gen. Rhodel Sermonia to remain relentless and vigorous in implementing its intensified campaign to track down persons sought by law and bring them before the bars of justice. (RONDA BALITA Online)
