CAMP ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan — The No. 1 Most Wanted Person Sibat Target of Norzagaray and eight other wanted persons were arrested in different manhunt operations conducted by Bulacan police on Wednesday (July 17).
Bulacan Provincial Director P/Col. Chito G. Bersaluna identified the No. 1 Most Wanted Person in the Sibat Target of Norzagaray as Pepito Feliciano, 49 years old, arrested by tracker team of Norzagaray police in Barangay Partida, Norzagarayfor the crime of Rape in Relation to RA 7610 with no bail recommended.
“Based on the report, the arrested most wanted person sexually abused her 15-year-old daughter inside their house in Barangay Partida Norzagaray, Bulacan way back in 2006,” Bersaluna said.
Meanwhile, tracker teams of Angat, San Jose Del Monte, Bocaue, Marilao, and Meycauayan police stations conducted different manhunt operations that resulted in the arrest of 8 wanted persons identified as John Alvin Formeloza, 24 years old arrested in Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Angat, Bulacan for the crime of Rape with no recommended bail; Magelen Belmonte, 45, arrested in Brgy. San Isidro, CSJDM for Malicious Mischief & Slight Physical Injuries with P3,000.00 bail recommended; Roger Baltar, 45, arrested in Brgy. Batia Bocaue, for the crime of Unjust Vexation with no bail recommended; Ferdinand Martin, 35, arrested in Brgy. Poblacion, Marilao, for Resistance and Disobedience of an Agent to a Person in Authority with P3,000 bail recommended; Patronilo Pascual, 38, arrested in Brgy Dulong Bayan, CSJDM, for the crime of Grave Oral Defamation with P18,000 bail recommended; Venusa Dequeno, 56, arrested in Barangay Saluysoy, City of Meycauayan for five counts of Violation of BP 22 (Bouncing Check Law) with P6,000 each count for a total of Php 30,000 bail recommended; Ken Syrell Aguilar, 21, arrested in Brgy. San Pedro, CSJDM for the crime of Alarms and Scandals with P2,000 bail recommended; and Edwin Jae Tayson, 23, arrested in Brgy Sumapa City of Malolos, for the crime of Libel Sec 4 Paragraph C of RA 10175 with P96,000 bail recommended.
The accused are presently under the custody of the respective Municipal/City Police Stations for proper disposition.
