CITY OF MALOLOS — Authorities net the Top 3 and Top 9 Most Wanted Persons of Obando and 3 other wanted persons of City of San Jose del Monte (CSJDM) in a series of manhunt operations conducted on Monday (March 4), P/Col. Chito G. Bersaluna, Bulacan Provincial Director said.
P/Major Leopoldo Estorque, Obando Chief of Police identified the following accused persons who were arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest as Harris Baclor Y Felix alias Harry, 32 years old, with live-in partner, construction worker, a resident of No 212 B. Enriquez St., Panghulo Obando, Bulacan for Serious Physical Injuries with criminal case number 7797-17 and recommended bail of P6,000.
The subject wanted person is listed in the Top 10 Sibat Targets and Rank No. 9 MWP of Obando MPS; and Wilmer Lazaro Y Ilagan, 32 years old, with live-in partner, barbeque vendor, a resident of No. 153 F. Enriquez St., Panghulo Obando for Attempted Murder with criminal case number 1039-M-2013 and recommended bail of P120,000. The accused is listed as Rank No. 3 of Lambat Sibat MWP of Obando MPS.
Likewise, P/Lieutenant Colonel Orlando Castil Jr., said that 3 wanted persons were arrested by the trackers teams of CSJDM police identified as 1) Merwin Todoc Y Tesorero, 30 years old, male, married, housemaid, POB, Catanduanes, DOB May 3, 1988, presently residing at No. 103, Sitio Linawan Brgy. Bulac, Sta Maria, Bulacan for Theft with P10,000 bail recommended; 2) Joseph Pandac Y Pastor, 54 years old, male, married, self employed, POB, Leyte, DOB December 8, 1964, presently residing at Blk. 84, Lot 2, Purok 2, Area D, Brgy. Sta. Cruz I, CSJDM, Bulacan for Reckless Imprudence Resulting to Homicide with P30,000 bail recommended; and 3) Mark Dave Borja Y Bartolome Aka Mark David Borja Y Bartolome, 26 years old, male, married, self-employed, POB Bulacan, DOB July 6, 1992, presently residing at Blk. 49, Lot 10, Sisa St, Area C, Brgy. San Martin 3, CSJDM, Bulacan for Violation of Sec 10 (a) Article VI of RA 7610 with P80,000 bail recommended.
The arrested wanted persons are now under the custody of their respective City/Municipal Police Stations for proper disposition.
The efforts of Bulacan Police against Most Wanted Persons and implementation of Search Warrant is in line with the instructions of the Chief PNP that was effectively made clear by the PNP Regional Director – Brigadier General Joel Napoleon M.
