Suspect in killing of Taiwanese national in Marilao surrenders to authorities

CITY OF MALOLOS, Bulacan — The prime suspect in the murder of a Taiwanese National in Marilao on Tuesday (Oct. 29) was voluntarily submitted himself to authorities on Thursday (Oct. 31)

Based on the report of P/Lt. Col. Amado Mendoza, Marilao chief of police identified the suspect as Ralph John Aron Marcos alias Arjay, resident of No. 98 Venturanza Compound, Brgy. Loma de Gato, Marilao.

Initial investigation revealed that the lifeless body of the victim identified as Hsuan Hsueh @ Peter Lee, 68 years old, Taiwanese National was discovered by his friend Hsieh Chung-Tse, married, Taiwanese National inside IGC Industrial Compound Warehouse located at 09 Brgy. Loma de Gato, Marilao, where the victim also resides.

“Victim sustained stab wounds on his body and was brought to Kairos Hospital in Brgy. Muzon, San Jose Del Monte in Bulacan but was declared dead by the attending physician,” Mendoza said.

A continuous follow-up investigation was made by the police for the arrest of the suspect and on Thursday at about 11:30 a.m. the said suspect surrendered himself to Mayor Ricky Sylvestre of Marilao town accompanied by his parents.

Police authorities conducted a review of the CCTV footage from the First Tank Establishment coming out from the victim’s Warehouse.

Aside from the admission of the suspect of his killing, there were also witnesses who positively identified the suspect as the one who was seen in the CCTV footage.

The knife used by the suspect was recovered by the SOCO Team of Bulacan Crime Laboratory Office in the crime scene while his pants with blood stains were later recovered in the house of the suspect.

In a short interview of RONDA BALITA Online on the suspect discovered that Marcos was has been in the manufactures of leather seat company of the victim for two weeks, and worked as a helper.

“Nagsisisi ako sa nagawang krimen dahil sa masamang ugali ng aking amo na lagi akong minamaltrato,” the suspect said in the interview.

“A case for Murder is already filed against the suspect docketed under III-04-INQ-19J-04608 before the Prosecutor’s Office in Malolos, Bulacan,” Mendoza said. (RONDA BALITA Online)
