CAMP GEN. ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan — Top 6 Sibat Target and fifteen other wanted persons were arrested by Bulacan police on Monday (Feb. 3) and Wednesday (Feb. 4).
According to P/Col. Emma M. Libunao, Bulacan Provincial Director, Provincial Level Top 6 Sibat Target Phase 3 was identified as Melchor Austria Jr. arrested by the joint tracker team of San Jose Del Monte Police Station and 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company for the crime of Frustrated Murder.
Likewise, series of manhunt operations were conducted by the tracker teams of Meycauayan, Pandi, 1st PMFC, 2nd PMFC, San Jose Del Monte, Norzagaray, Marilao, Malolos and Hagonoy that resulted in the arrest of the Leonard Cabansag for Murder (Top 1 Manhunt Charlie 1st Quarter 2020 and Top 1 Sibat Target Meycauayan CPS); Michael Escote, Top 5 Manhunt Charlie, Top 1 Lambat Sibat Phase 3 of San Jose Del Monte City Police Station for the crime of Murder; Sam Guidoc y Crisostomo, Top 6 in Sibat Target of Hagonoy MPS arrested for Frustrated Homicide and Top Sibat Target 4 (LOI Manhunt Charlie) Frustrated Homicide; Joel Alejandro for the crime of Frustrated Murder (Top 6 Sibat Target of Meycauayan); Jomel Llanillo for the crime of Attempted Homicide (Top 7 Sibat Target of Meycauayan CPS); Edwin Cruz Capili, Top 8 MWP in Manhunt Charlie of Norzagaray for the crime of crime of Violation of Section 5 (i) of RA 9262; Christopher Abancia Lim, Top 8 MWP Lambat Sibat Target III of Marilao, for the crime of Robbery; George Planas, Top 9 MWP, Lambat-Sibat Phase 3 of San Jose Del Monte police and Alias Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Theft; Alexander Esguerra, Top 13 in Manhunt Charlie of Malolos police for the crime of Acts of Lasciviousnes; Edwin Carvajal for Slight Physical Injuries; Ronald Candelaria for Attempted Homicide; Roy Ryan Granedo for Estafa; Richard Buising for Attempted Homicide; Filimon Sarmiento Jr. for the violation of RA 9262; and Wilfredo Roxas, for the crime of Malicious Mischief
