One of the Moncada’s wanted person nabbed in Cagayan

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — After eluding arrest for nearly 9 years, one of the Top Most Wanted Person of Moncada, Tarlac was arrested by authorities in Cagayan on Monday (April 12), PRO 3 regional director Brig. Gen. Valeraino T. De Leon said.

According to RD De Leon, joint personnel of Moncada police and Abulug MPS conducted a manhunt operation at Barangay Centro, Abulug, Cagayan which resulted in the arrest of Erwin Binua y Liquigan, Top 6 Most Wanted Person of Moncada, Tarlac, 50 years old, married, driver and resident of Brgy. Centro, Abulug, Cagayan by virtue of alias warrant of arrest for Frustrated Murder issued by Hon. Jose S. Vallo, Acting Presiding Judge, RTC, Br 67, Paniqui, Tarlac dated February 20, 2012.

RD De Leon also said that the successful arrest was the result of the extensive manhunt and surveillance operations being initiated by combined units to bring fugitives to the folds of justice and answer for the crimes they committed which is in line with the directives of PNP Chief Gen.
